we have a new case related (again) to workflow, the workflow stopped because the target date not found in work calendar
this error occurred usually while we change the period times (change year) that the year weren’t set in working calendar (today is 2016, the calendar only consists to 31 dec 2015)
Organization administration –> Common –> Calendars –> Calendars
click working times
how to solve it:
1. click Compose Working Times
2. From Date : new beginning date, you can pick start date from 1/1/2016 or 1/8/2016
3. to Date : usually we pick to date for a year, but we can extend it until unlimited calendar date
4. choose working time template (do not fill empty this)
what is working time template? working time template is working time that show work in hours for each day for a week
5. click ok on Compose Working Time Forms, it will create a new working time calendar
6. go to workflow again, resume the error workflow
