We have a case, one of our sales order cannot processed to packing slip, the info error is “cannot be unpicked because inventory transactions with status Picked are insufficient”
lets see step by step
- Sales Order SO.1802.00048, which is only line 1,2, and 8 will be processed to packing slip
- while we creating a packing slip, we registrate picking list and then we create the packing slip
- the problem is the second line, item JJR.02.003
- click update line -> pick
- the first line (which is the picked one) that we want to packing is the problem
- lets continue to posted the packing slip
- an error occured here, “Physical remaining quantity in the unit Pcs must be other than zero.”
- first, I thought this problem occured because Sales UNIT is different with the actual sales unit (PCS is not Pcs) but after I debuging this is not the case, I also google this case, it directed to this link that I must split the line , and thats not work too
- but, when I debuging, I think theres a bugs in ax (i do not know if this bugs occured because custom ax or original ax),
the solution is, on the sales order lines, change the delivery reminder, and switch it back to the old delivery reminder
and change it back to 1
after we change the delivery reminder, we continue to pack it
and thats done
