why I cannot view the record from x++ (but the record is exists on table), LogisticsPostalAddress (part 2)

when you have task to view the record using query, we can use view

duplicate LogisticsPostalAddressView to LogisticsPostalAddressView2

change validTimeStateEnabled to No

and use this view to get the data
